They have told every thing is OK.
My son is good driver and driving four wheeler like Honda,Indigo,Matiz since last 15 years.On 6th June 2015 while driving on Sancheti bridge SUX 500 syopped taking load and stopped in between.It was an horofying experience as we had two 10 months kids with us.With the help of traffic police some how traffic was cpntrolled and vehicle towed to a corner.
It was found clutch system has failed
It is manufacturing defect.When wr spoke to Area manager service for free of cjarge replacement of clutch system to avoid and hidr manufacturing fault he is blaming that it is due to overriding of cluch.On further probe we found there are many customer faced this problem .Also company has recalled few vehicles silently and changed clutch system silently.
Our vehicle no is MH 14 EC 2928
Month of purchase:Nov.2013
Km 5600 approx.
The vehocle is still lying with Mahindra’s aithorised service centre SahyadriMotors Wakad Pune
Can this forum help us in getting help in getting this defective piece of XUV-500 from Mahindra Motors .
