Jaguar Land Rover India (JLRI) bagged top awards at the recently held Jaguar Land Rover Global Technician of the Year Contest 2017 in the United Kingdom.
These awards included Jaguar Global Technician of the Year, Land Rover Global Technician Of the Year – Runner Up and Overall Market Winner.
The contest had both highly skilled and trained Service Technicians from 27 countries who were chosen from a talent pool of approximately 11000 service technicians across Jaguar Land Rover’s Global Retailer Network.
Avadhut Papade from Modi Motors, Mumbai was adjudged ‘The Jaguar Global Technician Of The Year 2017’, while Ganesh Khochare from Navnit Motors, Mumbai was declared ‘The Land Rover Global Technician Of The Year 2017 – First Runner-up’ and Jaguar Land Rover India also won the overall Market Winner title.

The contestants underwent a series of process driven, theoretical and practical evaluations across multiple tasks to demonstrate their diagnostic and analytical technical skills.
