Top bus and coach makers will participate in the forthcoming Busworld India 2016, India’s biggest B2B exhibitions for the bus and coach industry.

India is the second largest manufacturer of buses and coaches in the world after China. Busworld India orgainsers said it promises to be a stellar event especially because several international brands are now keen to enter the Indian market under the government’s ‘Make in India’ initiative.
The exhibition will provide companies with a level-playing field for trade opportunities and will offer them a chance to connect with existing as well as potential clients directly.
Busworld has partnered with Inter Ads, pioneers who have been bringing international exhibition brands to India.
Speaking about the event, Rajan Sharma, Managing Director, Interads Exhibitions, said, “Busworld India is the only exhibition in India exclusively organized for bus and coach manufacturers. The exhibition has been showing a consistent growth over the past years and its size has increased from 5,700 sq mt to 7,500 sq mt which is tremendous for such an event.”
This year, Busworld will be joining hands with the Association of Road Transport Undertakings (ASRTU) – the apex body that brings together all State Road Transport Undertakings on a common platform. Together, the two will be organizing a congress ‘Bus and coach – A smart transportation system for India’ to explore current challenges as well as potential opportunities to enable a framework for efficient, comfortable and safe buses in India.
The two-day congress will be in conjunction with the exhibition.
