Vinod K Dasari has been re-elected as the President of Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), the apex body of the Indian automotive industry.
Dasari’s re-election has been announced after annual general meeting (AGM) of SIAM held today
Vinod K Dasari is a notable personality in the Indian automobile industry and currently serving as Managing Director of Ashok Leyland.
The AGM has also announced that Ravinder Pisharody, Executive Director (Commercial Vehicles), Tata Motors will continue to serve as Vice President, SIAM while Kenichi Ayukawa, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Maruti Suzuki India, retains his position of treasurer, SIAM.
