CarZ Xpress eyes 100 franchise outlets in 3 years in India

CarZ anticipates huge business through its new CarZ Xpress format as demand for mult-brand car servicing outlets has been growing in India.

Hyderabad-based multi-brand car servicing major CarZ has rolled out a programme  to add 100 franchisees in the next three years to address raising demand in the aftermarket car service segment.

CarZ has unveiled a separate brand ‘CarZ Xpress’ to set up special car servicing franchisees across the country.

Currently CarZ owns 12 well-equipped state-of-the art service stations under ‘Grande’ format in the states like Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana and TamiL Nadu. These ‘Grande’ service stations offer complete repairing services starting from preventive maintenance,  nationwide 24×7 road-side assistance,  electrical & mechanical repair to accident vehicle repair.  The company will keep expanding its “Grande” formats as well.

The company has launched its first outlet of ‘CarZ Xpress’ recently in Hyderabad. The new CarZ Xpress model provides an opportunity to entrepreneurs those who are looking to enter into the fast growing car service sector.

In an information shared with Automotive India News, Venu Donepudi, Managing Director, CarZ said, “Currently only around 30 percent of cars in India are repaired or serviced at authorized company service stations. Looking forward, there is a huge opportunity for organised multi-brand car stations, considering the fact that over 20 million cars are plying in India. In addition, around 2.5 million cars are sold in India every year, making the country seventh largest automotive market in the world.”

The attraction of CarZ Xpress franchise network includes cost effective repair and maintenance services with quick turn-around time. Each CarZ Xpress franchise are equipped with latest diagnostic and repairing equipments along with well trained technicians to extend best-in class service to the customers.

By 2017, he said the annual sales volume of cars in India is estimated to grow to 7 million cars.

Vijay Gummadi, Chief Executive Officer , CarZ said, “The CarZ Xpress franchise is designed in such a way for  the entrepreneur to get quick returns on their investment while also providing top-end service to the customer. The company will provide start-up guidance, operational along with marketing support to the Carz Xpress franchisees.

The company will assist the franchisee owners right from identifying the suitable site, setting up facility, training of technicians, operational support, spares sourcing support and customer relationship management.
