Taiwan’s XMIUS looks to promote its engine oil in India

Taiwan-based engine oil maker XMIUS is weighing option to enter the Indian aftermarket.

Sharing the product details with Automotive India News at recently held AAITF Bangkok 2015, Vin, Director of Sales, XMIUS, said, “We are manufacturing vehicle engine oil with our own formula and no other companies in the world has a similar formula.”

There is no carbon deposit, no oil sludge and no varnish with the usage of Xmius engine oil, Vin said.

It can be used for cars, motorbikes, bus, trucks and auto rickshaws. The oil is useful for all fuel driven vehicles like petrol, diesel and CNG versions.

 

Its other features include superior durability in high oil temperature engines and oil can be changed by 15,000 kms (9,320 miles) or one-year warranted and cylinder pressure reconstruction by De-sludkabon technology.

Currently the company has been exporting its product to China from Taiwan and interested in exploring aftermarket in India too.

Vin said the oil company has a factory in Taiwan with a strong technology driven workforce of 120 people and produces 600 tonne of oil per month.

Targeting the buyers from the Indian and other South East Asian markets, Xmius has showcased its products in AAITF Bangkok 2015, an international auto aftermarket expo held in IMPACT Exhibition Centre in Bangkok from December 9-11, 2015.
