Trade Expo Special : Automechanika Dubai editions have emerged as the largest automotive aftermarket platform serving the Middle East, Africa, Central and South Asia and drawing visitors from across the world.
Automechanika Dubai 2015, an automotive aftermarket international trade exhibition, kick-started today with exhibitors from several countries including India registering their participation.
The auto component manufacturers, targeting the aftermarket sector, from India are widely showcasing their products in order to woo customers from the Middle East as well as the visiting customers across the world, Africa in particular.
The global event management firm Messe Frankfurt is organizing the Automechanika Dubai 2015 for three days from June 2 to 4 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The premium event, Automechanika Dubai 2015 has attracted more 100 exhibitors from India this time.
Among the leading Indian auto parts makers looking to expand their presence in the Middle East and Africa through their participation at Automechanika Dubai 2015 are JK Tyre & Industries, Jamna Auto, NRB Bearings, Krishna Maruti, A & R Enterprises, ATC Tires India, Balaji Springs, Brakewel Automotive Components India, Delux Bearings, Penta Auto Equipments, Rubber Kings Tyre India, Saraswati Industries, Setco Automotive, Subros Ltd, Talbros Automotive Components, Valeo Friction Materials India Ltd, Trans Automotive and JSK Bearings.
Other top Indian players include Singhal Sintered Privcate Ltd, Allied Nippon, Amrit Rubber Industries, Belmont Rubber, CI Car International, Crown Brakes, Eastman Auto & Power, Esteem Auto, Galaxy Bearings, Hindustan Composites, Jay Kishan Engineering, JSK Bearings, Kohli Automobiles and Macos Automotive.
Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) is representing the Indian auto component industry in the show by making its presence in the stand H2-229 in Hall 2 of the exhibition premises.
A top official from ACMA told Automotive India News that ACMA has been continuously promoting the Indian auto component industry through Messe Frankfurt organised Automechanika Shows. ACMA was the official partner for Automechanika Delhi, which was held in February this year in India’s capital city Delhi. ACMA has also represented the Indian component industry with around 40 companies in Automechanika Shanghai 2014, which was held in Shanghai, China in December 2014.
Automechanika Dubai 2015 has been grouped into six segments such as Parts & Components, Electronics & Systems, Accessories & Tuning, Tyres & Batteries, Repair & Maintenance and Service Station & Car Wash.
The 2014 edition of the event witnessed 1,696 exhibitors from 59 countries and 28,709 visitors from 130 countries. The 2015 Automechanika Dubai edition is believed to be even bigger and better than its previous edition.
